The factory headlights on the FJ62 are one of the most common complaints among owners. Dim output, aging housings, and outdated technology can make nighttime driving frustrating and fatiguing.
In search of a better solution, Tor tested numerous LED headlight options before selecting a set that met three key requirements:

The included harness gives you the flexibility to choose between two configurations:
Factory-Style Operation

Outer headlights function as low beams

All four headlights illuminate on high beam
Four-Headlight Low Beam Conversion

All four headlights operate on low beam

All four headlights remain illuminated on high beam
Installation
Installation is largely plug-and-play and can typically be completed with basic hand tools.
Simply remove the factory headlights and install the supplied wiring components into the factory connectors. To retain proper high-beam indicator functionality, an additional load resistor must be installed as shown in our installation video.
For vehicles configured to run all four headlights on low beam, simply connect the included extension harness during installation.

Load Resistor Information
If you need a replacement resistor, use a 50-watt, 6-ohm load resistor equivalent to the one shown in our installation video.
